Prices For Our Services
Priority Weight Management Membership
$250 per month
Designed for patients who want a simplified monthly experience, enhanced access to their provider, and ongoing support throughout their weight loss journey.
Included:
• Monthly weight management follow-up visits
• Personalized weight management treatment plan
• Medication management and dose adjustments
• Weight loss medications prescribed as part of your weight management program
• Injection supplies (when applicable)
• Priority scheduling
• Priority patient portal messaging
• Ongoing accountability, education, and support
• Prescription management related to your weight management program
Not Included:
• Initial weight management consultation
• Laboratory testing
• Laboratory review appointments
• Sick visits or treatment of acute illnesses
• Medical care unrelated to weight management
• Emergency or urgent medical care
• Specialist referrals or consultations unrelated to weight management
Membership fees are charged monthly. Medication selection and treatment recommendations are based on medical appropriateness and provider evaluation. Not all patients are candidates for all medications.

Initial Consultation

Includes:
• Comprehensive medical evaluation
• Review of medical history and current medications
• Weight management assessment

Follow-Up Visits
$65 per visit
Includes:
• Progress evaluation
• Medication management
• Dose adjustments when appropriate
• Ongoing weight management guidance
Not Included:
• Weight loss medications
• Injection supplies
• Laboratory testing
• Laboratory review appointments
• Sick visits or treatment of acute illnesses
Patients enrolled in the Pay-As-You-Go program do not receive priority scheduling or priority patient portal messaging. Medications are prescribed separately and billed separately when applicable.
Self-Pay Sick Visits
Virtual Sick Visit
$65
Includes evaluation and treatment of common acute illnesses and minor medical concerns, such as:
• Cold and flu symptoms
• Sinus infections
• Allergies
• Cough and congestion
• Sore throat
• Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
• Urinary tract infections (when appropriate)
• Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
• Rashes and minor skin concerns
• Medication refills (when appropriate)
• Other minor acute medical conditions
Not Included:
• Laboratory testing
• Imaging studies (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
• Controlled substance prescriptions
• Weight management services
• Chronic disease management requiring ongoing follow-up
• Emergency medical conditions
If your condition requires a higher level of care, you may be referred to your primary care provider, urgent care, or the emergency department.
